Changes:
1) Fixed two bugs in the "2 lines" curve creation.
2) Fixed a potential crash problem in madVR rendering.
My apologies for the big (time) gap in test builds and the resulting "Please update madVR" nag message you got. That was not intended on my part. However, I noticed this myself, as I got the same message here, as well. So it served to remind me that I have to urgently create a new test build.
@2 line proponents, could you please check if the 2 line fixes have any effect on your preferred curve parameters? E.g. maybe you can drop the "add BT.2390 curve" option now? Please send me your "final" proposals and then I'll convert them to a math version (if possible). I know that Fer15 currently can't test, so I'll wait at least 2 weeks. So there's no urgency for you to test this very quickly.
